Happy (1st) Halloween!

Bryce had a very busy First Halloween! Bryce was an elephant this year, and it was adorable!

We started off the weekend Friday morning, he wore his Halloween shirt to Stacia's!

Showing off his new walking skills!

We made treat boxes for all of the kids at Stacia's, they got tootsie pops (decorated like spiders) and Teddy Grahams!

Friday night we dressed Bryce up in his costume and went to Pilot Grove. We took some pictures, for his 11 month birthday, and then went trick-or-treating.

We only went over to Great Grandma and Grandpa Day's house...but it was fun!
Trick-Or-Treat!
Showing them how well he is walking now!

This chair has been around for A LONG TIME! My siblings and I (and maybe some cousins) have all had our 1 year pictures taken with this chair. I think it was a different color then, but Bryce had a lot of fun climbing on the chair!
He thought he was pretty cool!
Wonder where he learned this habit from? I know I talk on the phone a lot, but not nearly as much as his dad....He kept saying "dadda" because I that is usually the person we are calling!
Just talking away! Sitting in a bigger rocking chair this time!

Saturday was a very busy day. That morning, we got up and had muffins together...just like every Saturday morning! Bryce has become very independent when it comes to food. No more baby food, he is too impatient for us to feed it to him.
Yummy, Strawberry muffins!
After breakfast we left to do a little trick-or-treating at Great Grandma and Grandpa Vest's house. He got to bring home the whole bowl of Goldfish!

That afternoon we went to Columbia for a baby shower for a girl I used to work with. She is expecting at the end of December. Bryce was really good at the shower. He helped me make this scrapbook page for her.

This is the card I made for her shower. The theme for the baby's room is bumble bees, I thought it turned out pretty cute!

After a much needed nap, for the whole family, we set out for a long evening of trick-or-treating.
Our first stop was Great Grandpa Harold's. He had some yummy cookies for us!
Then we went to Great Grandma Bernadines house, Tyler "Cowboy" was there too!
Then we made it to Papa Eddie and Grandma Linda's house. There he got to take his costume off and have dinner!

Bryce was so good for Halloween and did so well in his costume. He had a lot of fun for his first Halloween!
