Sick Day

Poor Bryce has had a cold. He started with a running nose late Sunday night which turned into a full blown stuffy/runny nose and cough throughout Sunday night. We stayed home Monday...


...we snuggled in the chair for a while.


...then we tore all the tissues out of the box..and shredded them.
(after I took the picture and told Bryce that we needed to not do that, he put them back in the box...along with several toys we had been playing with!)


....he took a REALLY LONG nap

...then we snuggled in the chair again to watch a movie..Monsters, Inc...he picked it out!

...then we had heart-shaped brownies.
(he wasn't really into the brownies, so we sent them to the farm with Daddy the next day)

Bryce is feeling better, he never ran a fever, just had a good 'ol cold! It was nice to have a day home with Bryce, but I should have remembered that I needed to catch up on sleep while he was sleeping! *yawn* I'm still tired!
